Quality Management Analyst Job in Hyderabad at Deloitte

Deloitte is hiring for the role of Quality Management Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate :

• Perform in-depth data analysis and proactively identify anomalies, inconsistencies and gaps and provide actionable insights and recommendations for data cleansing and enrichment activities.
• Document data quality issues and create comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
• Validate data extracts from source system against business requirements and data rulesets.
• Perform post-load validations in the target system to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and business rule adherence.
• Collaborate with ETL developers to define and implement data quality check within the migration pipeline.
• Lead the triage, investigation, and root cause analysis of data defects and validation failures.
• Work closely with Business teams, IT teams and Project Management teams to resolve complex issues.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of data quality standards, best practices.
• Look for a scope to automate manual validation processes to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

• 2-3 Years of experience
• Should be good at performing secondary research and analysis, both quantitative and qualitative.
• Well versed with data searches using online databases, Annual reports, and client website and third-party databases.
• Supports basic extract, transformation, and load (ETL) of external information into common storage platform.
• Proficiency in SQL is required with experience in writing complex queries for large-scale datasets.
• Good attention to detail and ability to deliver quality work.
• Clear and concise communication. Strong written and verbal communication skills – ability to convey information crisply and concisely.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
