Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Conduct requirement and scoping analysis, including traceability matrix, risk analysis, cost analysis, and classification of requirements.
• Contribute to the creation of user stories for agile methodology and assist in analyzing existing solutions.
• Design and execute test cases using industry test frameworks, testing tools, and automation for functional and non-functional testing.
• Utilize automation tools to reduce manual testing, identify opportunities for tool development, and perform maintenance and re-engineering activities.
• Monitor program metrics, reporting tools, and processes to ensure adherence to project milestones and timelines.
• Prepare test cases of moderate complexity, generate test data, and create test scripts for automation scenarios.
• Execute functional and non-functional test cases, troubleshoot defects, and conduct root cause analysis.
• Analyze defects from past projects to prevent recurrence and actively participate in root cause corrective action (RCCA).
• Understand the business context, support the development of business cases, and contribute to solving business issues.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
