RELX is hiring for the role of Quality Engineer II!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Reviewing quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Estimating, prioritizing, planning, and coordinating quality testing activities.
• Identifying areas for cooperation with other teams to improve overall quality and implementing initiatives to enhance testing capability and efficiency.
• Developing and executing automated and performance testing for assigned projects to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products and services.
• Innovating process improvements that enable efficient delivery and maintenance with consistent direction.
• Interacting with Product Management, Project Management, Engineering, and Operations teams to plan testing for the delivery of products and enhancements.

Requirements:

• Experience in QA methodologies and testing skills.
• Experience in designing and building automated test scripts within a framework for web applications.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, or Python with knowledge of Selenium WebDriver protocols or Appium.
• Solid understanding of different test automation framework architectures.
• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and core programming fundamentals.
• Ability to develop and maintain test plans and strategies for existing and new projects.
• Capability to create and implement test plans by analyzing and reviewing project requirement documents.
• Experience in developing automated test cases, executing them, and reporting defects, daily test status, as well as overall testing status.
• Knowledge of SQL, Jira, AWS, Jenkins, and Git.
