Andrew is hiring for the role of Engineer I, Quality!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and deploy corporate quality and business processes.
• Lead cross-functional process improvement teams.
• Develop process training documents and deliver training.
• Conduct audits of ISO9001/TL9000 processes.
• Review and analyze internal audit data to identify systemic issues, common root causes and trends to help identify and drive process improvement.
• Provide support to business unit and facility Quality Management System documentation development, deployment, and maintenance.
• Ensure the users of corporate Quality Management System procedures are properly trained.
• Identify of areas of risk, weakness, or other opportunities for improvement
• Develop corrective and preventive action plans to address and resolve audit findings
• Support ongoing special quality projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Basic understanding of quality concepts, statistical analysis, problem solving and process improvement techniques, root cause analysis, 8D methodology, failure mode and effect analysis and control plans.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and innovative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, work independently, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently with individuals at all levels of the organization.
