Altera is hiring for the role of Quality Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Execute end-to-end manual testing of software applications to ensure business and technical requirements are met.
- Design, review, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Perform regression, functional, integration, and exploratory testing.
- Automate functional and regression test cases using tools such as Ranorex and Selenium.
- Develop and maintain reusable automation scripts to enhance testing efficiency
- Work with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and business analysts to ensure quality deliverables.
- Participate in Agile practices like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective

Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in both Manual and Automation Testing.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, and QA processes.
- Proficient in creating automation scripts using tools like Ranorex and Selenium.
- Programming experience in C#, Java, or similar languages to write automation scripts.
- SQL experience and familiarity with QE software tools and processes.
- Knowledge of version control systems and tools such as Git, TFS, MTM, and Visual Studio.
