Johnson Controls (JC) is hiring for the role of Quality Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Undertake inspection of all incoming material as per the PO/specifications/standards
- Execute pre-dispatch customer Inspection of the material as per customer PO/specifications
- Prepare and get approvals of QAP with the customer
- Stage wise inspection at vendors' place for fabricated material
- Coordinate with SCM/Vendors/warehouse/execution team and undertake internal inspection
- Coordinate with customer inspectors and present material for customer inspection
- Go through customer standard QAPs and coordinate with customers/vendors/PM to get QAP approvals.
Requirements:
- BE (Mechanical )with 3-5 years’ experience
- Experience in QA of HVAC/Refrigeration/ Mechanical industry
- Thorough Knowledge of the inspection process for bought-out/fabricated equipment.
- Good understanding of Engineering standards
- Knowledge of reviewing material lab test reports
- Knowledge on QAPs /FATS procedures
- Working with QA of Indian Navy (QAE /ABSIV)
