Quality Engineer Job in Indore at Kach Motors Pvt Ltd

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes and products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
• Design and implement testing protocols to identify defects and ensure product reliability.
• Perform statistical analysis and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with R&D and product development teams to conduct validation and verification testing.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to address root causes of quality issues.
• Collaborate with regulatory affairs teams to support product registration and compliance documentation.
• Provide training to production and quality control personnel on quality standards and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of quality control methods, statistical analysis, and quality management systems.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
