Quality Controller & Product Research Job in Mumbai at Tecido Global

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular quality checks on incoming raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to maintain product quality and safety.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct product inspections and audits to identify defects, deviations, and areas for improvement.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive products.
• Work closely with product development teams to gather insights and provide feedback for new product concepts.
• Analyze product performance data, customer feedback, and market feedback to make informed recommendations for product enhancements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and technologies to drive innovation within the company.
• Maintain comprehensive records of quality control tests, research findings, and product performance data.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards related to quality control is a plus.
• Proficiency in using relevant software tools and applications for data analysis and reporting.
