Quality Control - Trainee Job in South Goa at Molbio

Molbio is hiring for the role of Quality Control - Trainee!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Monitor and maintain records of equipment and the QC area.
• Carry out QC activities and report results to the deputy/reporting authority.
• Draw materials for QC testing following a pre-defined sampling plan.
• Perform testing of incoming materials, in-process materials, and finished kits.
• Conduct stability studies and analyze obtained results.
• Prepare sample test panels.
• Report process/product-related non-conformances to the deputy/reporting authority.
• Investigate process/product/material-related non-conformances.
• Communicate quality-related issues to the deputy/reporting authority.
• Analyze customer complaints, investigate, and report results to the deputy/reporting authority. Suggest possible corrective actions/preventive actions as necessary.
• Prepare and review Standard Testing Procedures, Standard Operating Procedures, and related documents.
• Ensure document and record control as per SOP.
• Facilitate inter-department and intra-department communication.
• Perform, review, and report results obtained from internal calibration/qualification and validation studies related to product/process/equipment/method/user as per approved Validation protocol.
