Gujarat Ambuja Exports Limited is hiring for QC & QA Officers!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Conduct chemical analysis of raw materials, in-process products, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain detailed records of all quality control activities, including test results, non-conformity reports, and corrective action reports.
• Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure the consistency and integrity of products.
• Investigate and resolve quality issues promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and implement improvements to product quality and process efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date on industry standards and regulatory requirements for food safety and quality control.
• Train and mentor new quality control personnel.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable food safety laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Microbiology or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a quality control or microbiological laboratory.
• Strong knowledge of chemical analysis techniques, including microbiological, chemical, and physical methods.
• Experience with quality control software and data management systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
