Quality Control Officer Job in Gandhinagar at Hikal

Hikal is hiring for the role of Quality Control Officer!

Responsibilities:

• Good exposure of handling, chromatographic and wet lab instruments i.e HPLC, GC, UV, IR, KF, Auto titrator, Balance etc..
• Min. 2 years exp. of handling HPLC and GC instrument. 
• Basic knowledge of QMS system ( Lab Incident, OOS, OOT, change control etc.) and Microsoft office (world , excel)
• Awareness of Good Laboratory Practices, Good Documentation Practices and Good Housekeeping Practices in Laboratory. 
• To work in shift and handling QC activities i.e. sampling, analysis and reporting of RM, PM & Finish Products and ensure their respective label
• Good exposure of handling, HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, KF, Tintometer instruments, awareness about basic troubleshooting.
• Preparation and Standardization of Volumetric Solution 
• To be responsible for daily verification / calibration activity as per schedule 
• To maintain the inventory in Laboratory. 
• Ensure in timely analysis of the samples to achieve target of dispatches of material as per dispatch/operational plan. 
• To ensure prevention of contamination and cross contamination in QC Laboratory
• Adhering the EHS norms of the organization.

Requirements:

• M.Sc Chemistry
• Experience: 3-6 Yrs
