Quality Control Engineer Job in Nashik at Emerson

Emerson is hiring for the job role of  Quality Control Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Ensure implementation, maintenance, and further development of the Quality process documentation, Quality Management System, and ISO 9001 certification within iCenter Nasik.
• Develop continuous improvement process procedure as part of the overall QMS.
• Ensure the Quality Manual supports the needs of the business and is up-to-date and relevant at all times.
• Co-ordinate, conduct, and represent iCenter audits for internal and external audits (ISO, Trade Compliance, HSE, FM, other audits), including certification audits.
• Be the contact point for all suppliers (including our integrators), customers and subcontractors of iCenter, for quality-related matters, including issues, complaint handling, and corrective actions.
• Be the primary contact for customer’s quality issues and resolution thereafter.
• Responsible for all Quality tools and procedures implemented in iCenter Nasik.
• Develop a close working relationship with our integrator partners – conduct cabinet workmanship standard checks as required – create standard checklists.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering.
• Have a very good understanding of international workmanship standards for mechanical assembly/wiring and be able to train wiring/assembly technicians when required.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving techniques.
• Knowledge of quality tools.
