Quality Control Analyst Job in Bengaluru at Zerofox

Zerofox is hiring for the role of Quality Control Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Monitor and perform quality trend analysis
• Perform quality checks on sample alerts on a daily basis
• Document process deviation and share it with the analysts, team leads, and managers on a weekly basis
• Assist in optimizing Quality Control data dashboards for key findings
• Track success metrics and Key Performance Indicators
• Participate in coaching and training the team members based on the QC findings
• Identify analysts' training needs and improve operational performance
• Assist Operations Team Leaders in improving performance
• Research, develop, and maintain run books for incident remediation
• Assist in the development and maintenance of the team Learning Management System

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Social Media brand protection/Cyber Security
• Experience administering LMS application
