Attitude Academy is hiring for the role of Accountant!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Plan, execute and oversee incoming and outgoing calls and develop process improvements to improve the quality and effectiveness of calls when required.
- Provide feedback to the leadership on agents' skills and work approach.
- Participate in designing call monitoring formats. Perform call monitoring and provide trend data to the management team.
- Compile and analyze statistical data.
- Investigate customer complaints and service issues.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure that all objectives are met.
- Conduct Calibration sessions in sync with the QA team
- Present Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Assessments of the Teams performance.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, simple manner to agents.
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of QA databases and applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of Sales/quality check for sales-driven organizations.
