Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Examine and analyze the specifications of the system. 
• Collaborate closely with developers to devise impactful strategies and formulate comprehensive test plans.  
• Carry out manual execution of test cases, scrutinize results, and assess product code alignment with specified requirements.  
• Generate detailed logs to document testing stages and any identified defects.  
• Report bugs and errors to development teams, contributing to issue resolution.  
• Play a key role in troubleshooting problems and conducting post-release/post-implementation testing.  
• Demonstrate proficiency in crafting SQL queries.  
• Engage with cross-functional teams to uphold quality standards across the entire software development lifecycle. 

Requirements:

• Demonstrated proficiency as a Manual Tester with a track record of successful projects
• Possess expertise in project management and a solid understanding of QA methodologies
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is advantageous
• Capable of meticulous error documentation and effective troubleshooting. Proficient in utilizing test management software and adept in SQL
• Strong communication skills, keen attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving aptitude are integral to the role
• Exhibit robust organizational skills
• Educational background includes a degree (B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/BCA/MCA) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
