Blackrock is hiring for the role of Quality Assurance Engineer!

Responsibillities of the Candidate:

• Design & Build Test Data Mechanisms: Develop and implement automated, repeatable, and on-demand processes to generate investment data at scale across pre-production environments and diverse user groups.
• Leverage Existing Platforms: Collaborate with Aladdin engineering teams to understand existing tools, frameworks, and pipelines, and extend them into robust data creation and management mechanisms.
• Database Management: Establish seamless database refresh processes across environments while incorporating guardrails to protect client data and ensure compliance.
• Enable Developer Efficiency: Provide reliable test data capabilities to accelerate development, integration, and validation cycles across engineering teams.

Requirements:

• Strong programming skills inJava with SpringORPython (OOPs concepts).
• Basic understanding ofAngular/Reactfor frontend integration.
• Hands-on experience withAPIs (REST, GraphQL).
• Proven understanding ofDatabase concepts(MSSQL, Sybase).
• Knowledge of build systemsand CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong grasp ofData Discovery vs. Data Creationconcepts.
