Quality Assurance Engineer Job in Bengaluru at Xoxoday

XOXOday is hiring for the role of Quality Assurance Engineer!

• Collaboratively working with the software development team to understand the project requirements and prepare the test cases.
• Executing the test cases and test scripts to understand their functionality, usability, and performance and helping the development team identify issues so that they can be corrected at the earliest.
• Re-executing the test cases and test scripts to confirm whether the previous issues have been resolved and the software is working properly.
• Maintaining the test case, test automation scripts, test reports and test documentation.
• Participating in the Agile-Scrum development processes and providing feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Experienced in manual testing and automation testing tools like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG and cucumber
• Experienced in API/load testing tools like Postman, Apache JMeter and Load runner
• Experienced in Java programming.
• Experienced in planning, designing, writing, and executing test cases and test scripts.
• Experienced with bug-tracking tools like Jira, Bugzilla etc
• Good understanding of the Agile scrum methodologies.
• Should have excellent analytical, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic database knowledge: MySQL/MSSQL
