Infor is hiring for the role of Quality Assurance Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and create test cases.
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing using automation frameworks.
• Maintain and enhance existing test automation frameworks (e.g., TestNG, JUnit, Maven, Cucumber).
• Execute automated and manual test cases, analyze results, and report defects in tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Participate in code reviews, provide feedback on testability and quality.
• Identify, track, and prioritize defects; work closely with the development team for resolution.
• Ensure continuous improvement in automation coverage and testing practices.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated tests (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar).
• Prepare test reports, metrics, and documentation to communicate test progress and outcomes.
• Ensure traceability between use cases, delivered automation code and generated use case artifacts
• Work as part of a dynamic team in an Agile environment
• Share best practices and improve processes within the team
• Become subject matter expert in respective modules, maintain expert functional and technical product knowledge
• Participate in planning and/or creation of test automation

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in software testing with a focus on automation.
• Strong proficiency in Java programming and Selenium WebDriver.
• Experience with test frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber (BDD).
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Bamboo, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with version control tools (Git, Bitbucket, etc.).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
