Quality Assurance Analyst Job in Hyderabad at Deloitte

Deloitte is hiring for the role of Quality Assurance Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and execute Quality Assurance Framework
• Work with stakeholders to create SOPs, action plans and implementation roadmaps
• Track, measure and report performance, evaluate effectiveness
• Ensure Process and Audit Compliance, deploy and audit designed processes within a defined timeframe
• Manage customer and stakeholder expectations and escalations
• Analyze quality performance and process capability, identify and analyze trends and pattern
• Drive Process Improvement, identify and evaluate ways of standardization and automation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in service delivery and AMS  engagements within an IT or consulting environment is preferred
• Expertise in MS Excel, data visualization tools and dashboard creation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information understandably to all levels of the organization
