Quality Assurance Analyst Job in Bengaluru at Fidelity Investments

Fidelity Investments is hiring for the role of Quality Assurance Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Perform a QC review of work items sent to the QC queue using the sampling rules.
• Limit risk to Fidelity Investments by performing complete and accurate QC reviews on work items.
• Share feedback on quality failures directly to associate and their manager.
• Coordinate with production teams on training and documentation updates.
• Maintain Retirement Industry Regulatory expertise through ongoing education.
• Use and maintain the QC Database. The database:
• Allow for accurate reporting and trending.
• Provide valuable feedback to managers and associates.
• Allow for tracking common fail areas within the production group.
• Allow the QC team to provide accurate daily and weekly reports.
• Identify gaps in documented procedures and take appropriate action to ensure procedures are updated with accurate and complete processing requirements.
• Partner with operations to strengthen the controls through automation.
• Develop and demonstrate substantial expertise in multiple areas of focus within WI Plan Services
• Work positively with the teams across operations to share standard methodologies. Good communication skills.
• Recommend process improvements to increase quality and customer satisfaction.
• Apply analytical skills to assist in reporting, trending, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrate and continuously improve communication and mentor skills.
• Support/implement new initiatives/projects as advised by the Quality and Control team.

Requirements:

• 2+ Years’ experience in DC Operations
• Money-Out SMPG experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication, and presentation skills, and a great teammate
• Personal excellence and integrity
• Subject matter expertise in Transaction Processing for WI Plan Services and Commitment to quality
• Knowledge of industry regulations governing the retirement industry.
• Expertise in using Fidelity systems and Data Analysis.
• Thrive for process improvements. Ideation and leading the idea to its closure/implementation.
