AffinityX is hiring for the role of Quality Assurance Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• To follow the Quality procedure, guidelines, and work instructions shared by the management.
• To identify errors and tag the errors as per the quality checklist.
• To complete the quality checks assigned to him/her and meet the productivity levels.
• To focus on error tagging % and external quality targets.
• To function as a subject matter expert in the process.
• To verify all ads assigned for analysis and correctly mark them on the form.
• To identify errors and tag the errors as per the bifurcation list given from time to time.
• To achieve a targeted Error tagging percentage.
• To focus on error tagging accuracy.
• To work as a production and designer fix the number of ads per month or fixed number of hours per month. This will help the position holder to keep in touch with the process and its requirements.
• To keep himself/herself updated on all new process updates, process flow, and information
• Ensure the design/build is as per the input/instructions provided by the client.
• Review the design, spelling, grammar, font, and text alignment of the creative design built by the designers.
• To be responsible for a set of designers and provide one-on-one feedback to the designers assigned to him/her.
• To assist the Quality Assurance Team Lead in resolving inspection, audit, or revision evaluation disputes, maintaining quality records, performing root cause analysis, and identifying and implementing corrective and preventive actions to improve performance.

Requirements:

• Graduate, 1-2 years working experience. Preferable in Print, Online, or Branding and promotional team
• Should know about Designing in Print, Online, or Branding and promotional products
• If the candidate is a fresher - He should be a quick learner and have creative exposure
• Should have flair for Design and Creative jobs
• Working knowledge of MS Office (esp. MS Excel) suite of products skills
• Attention to detail. The ability to recognize parts of a product or procedure to verify the correctness or identify errors. As a Quality Assurance Analyst, the job holder is required to ensure all errors are captured, tagged, and documented.
• Data gathering, recording, and analysis. The job holder will be involved in evaluating the revision received. We are looking for the ability to seek, gather, and form meaning from data from various sources to provide context or resolution.
• Communication Skills. To effectively communicate in English for all business purposes. This includes communication with internal and external stakeholders. Should have strong verbal and written skills
• System Knowledge. Sound knowledge of Adwatch, Adobe, Designer tools, In Design, and quickly learn In-house tools like AIMS and other quality control tools. Ability to operate computer, Laptop, Knowledge or applications used, and other Quality monitoring tools.
• Time Management. Should be a good organiser and Time management. Should be able to use discretion to prioritize tasks by using fair judgment.
• Decision-making and problem-solving. Ability to make fair and consistent judgments and decisions. Ability to solve problems and offer suggestions.
• Coaching & Mentoring. Should be able to give feedback to designers and monitor progress.
