InMobi is hiring for the role of Quality Analyst I!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Perform manual QA on rich media ad creatives to ensure functionality across multiple devices, browsers, and environments. 
• Validate ad formats for creative integrity, responsiveness, clickthrough behavior, and tracking pixel performance. 
• Ensure adherence to specifications and platform guidelines before campaigns go live. 
• Log and escalate creative issues with proper documentation using internal QA tools and dashboards. 
• Collaborate closely with Creative Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve ad-serving bugs. 
• Run checklists and test cases for standard ad units and custom rich media formats. 
• Support rapid QA turnaround for high-priority campaigns while maintaining quality standards. 
• Identify and suggest process improvements to optimize rich media QA workflows.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Media, or related fields (or equivalent experience). 
• 1-2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Ad Operations, or Digital Advertising (freshers with relevant internship experience are welcome). 
• Familiarity with ad platforms, HTML5 creatives, Javascript, Charleslog and browser dev tools is a plus. 
• Basic understanding of ad trafficking, VAST tags, third-party tags, and tracking parameters. 
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with tight SLAs. 
• High attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies or creative rendering issues.
