JP Morgan is hiring for the role of Quality Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Conduct the Quality Assurance testing following the firm-wide Quality Assurance standards  
• Document outcomes of conformance / non-conformance
• Oversee review findings remediation to ensure all items are closed promptly
• Ad-hoc regulatory / audit-related remediation projects 
• Identify process gaps and recommend resolutions, actively participate in calibration sessions
• Perform root cause analysis to improve quality performance
• Perform all tasks with minimum supervision and independently make decisions related to the process
• Initiate and participate in process improvement initiatives, including automation projects

Requirements:

• Quality Assurance, control testing, audit, and compliance background are preferred 
• Ability to identify and articulate new or emerging risks to the business, getting to the why as efficiently as possible
• Strong documentation skills to clearly articulate the results of testing
• Detail-oriented and disciplined approach to process and quality controls 
• Ability to investigate, analyze, review, and document processes
• Excellent organization, written and oral communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, exceptional listening, comprehension, and analytical skills
