Bloomstack is hiring for the role of Quality Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work with Software Developers and Project Support Teams.
• Identify Business Requirements.
• Monitor Applications and Software Systems.
• Carry out Stress Testing, Performance Testing, Functional Testing and Scalability Testing.
• Write and Execute Test Scripts.
• Run Manual and Automated Tests.
• Test in Different Environments Including Web and Mobile.
• Write Bug Reports.
• Review Documentation.
• Provide Quality Assurance.
• Provide Objective Feedback to Software Development Project Teams.
• Design Tests to Mitigate Risk.
• Present Findings to Software Development and Business User Teams.
• Document analysis

Requirements:

• 2-3 years experience in a testing and/or development role as part of a product development organisation which has delivered consumer oriented products
• Knowledge of Agile Software Development cycle
• Knowledge of QA methodology and tools
• Experience in Java/Perl/Python/JavaScript and user-level automation
• Good communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, highly collaborative, dynamic work environment
• Communicating cross-functionally and across management levels in formal and informal settings.
• Shows creativity and initiative to improve product test coverage and effectiveness
