Quality Analyst Job in Jaipur at Sk Finance Limited

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, assess, and report on quality performance across projects/processes.
• Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts based on requirements.
• Identify, record, and document thoroughly any defects or inconsistencies.
• Conduct root cause analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with product, development, and operations teams to drive quality improvements.
• Review and improve documentation, SOPs, and quality guidelines.
• Provide training and feedback to teams on quality standards and best practices.
• Maintain and track quality metrics and KPIs to ensure targets are met.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Familiarity with quality standards and QA methodologies.
• Understanding of data analysis and statistical tools.
