Group Bayport is hiring for a Quality Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate :

• Conduct thorough assessments of existing processes related to our product range.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights into current workflows.
• Document and analyze existing processes, identifying key pain points and areas for improvement. Document every detail as per ISO standards.
• Create detailed process maps, workflow diagrams, and documentation for reference.
• Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process optimization.
• Study RRR data in depth to understand the root causes of the revenue losses.
• Collaborate with data analysts to extract relevant information and present findings.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of our product range, staying updated on new releases and features.
• Provide product expertise to support process improvements and troubleshooting efforts.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize processes, increase efficiency, and reduce operational costs.
• Work closely with CE & Design stakeholders to drive a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with various teams, including production, logistics, and customer service, to streamline end-to-end processes.
• Facilitate communication and information exchange between departments.

Requirements :

• In-depth knowledge of our product range and associated processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficient in using process mapping tools like Magento, Freshworks, etc.
• Basic skills in MS Office 360, advanced skills in excel.
• Should have keen interest in AI and machine learning.
