Quality Analyst Job in Gurgaon at Group Bayport

Group Bayport is hiring for the role of Quality Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Design Evaluation: Assess the quality and effectiveness of designs created by our team, ensuring they align with client briefs, brand guidelines, and industry best practices.
• Software Proficiency: Utilize tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design software to review and provide feedback on design work.
• Quality Assurance: Develop and implement processes to maintain high standards of design quality throughout the project lifecycle, including conducting regular audits and providing constructive feedback to designers.
• Customer Interaction Oversight: Monitor and evaluate customer interactions with our design team to ensure professionalism, responsiveness, and adherence to client requirements.
• Feedback and Training: Provide ongoing feedback and support to designers to help them improve their skills and maintain consistency in design quality.
• Collaboration: Work closely with design team leads, project managers, and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall design quality and customer satisfaction.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of design evaluations, customer interactions, and quality assurance processes for reference and analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Proven experience in graphic design, with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design software.
• Strong eye for detail and ability to critically evaluate design work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Previous experience in quality assurance or a similar role is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
