Fyers Securities is hiring for the role of Quality Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Monitoring calls and real-time sharing feedback.
  
• Immediate feedback should be given on critical errors.
  
• Conducting Quality sessions at regular intervals.
  
• Share daily audit observations to reduce the further impact.
  
• Perform fortnightly dip checks and share the report with the stakeholders.
  
• Perform fortnightly calibration with operations and get calibrated on the process.
  
• Should take part in internal calibration within the Quality team fortnightly.
  
• Take part in monthly PKTs.
  
• Prepare Quality reports when required.
  
• Conduct quality-related workshops for the agents.
  
• Identify process gaps and find ways to bridge them.
  
• Conducting training and coaching when needed.
  
• Designing an action plan to improve the bottom performers.
  
• Should meet the KPI and KRA about the team.
  
• Need to drive operation-related metrics.
  
• Should perform RCA on the top drivers to identify the cause of the problem.
  
• Participate in quality task forces with Business stakeholders (internal departments)
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Quality function.
  
• Should be fluent in Hindi.
  
• Good interpersonal skills.
  
• Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal)
  
• Should know 7 QC tools, GROW, CAPA, FMEA, etc.
  
• Need to have basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
  
• Good in data analysis & feedback process.
  
• Should have good coordination skills to coordinate with all departments.
  
• Six Sigma - Yellow / White belt certified and sales experience will be an added advantage.
