Quality Analyst Job in Navi Mumbai at Testbook

Testbook is hiring for the role of Quality Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Monitor calls and provide feedback to BDs
• Use quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at team and individual level
• Provide actionable data to various internal teams as needed.
• Conduct weekly sync with BDMs to help them understand areas of improvement and actionable for their team
• Be a part of process enhancement and adherence 
• Coordinate and facilitate call calibration sessions for the Sales & Training Team.
• Maintain and update data for BDs from a quality perspective and publishes weekly & monthly reports
• Focus on improving BD performance week on week

Requirements:

• In-depth product knowledge
• A high degree of self-motivation and a strong orientation toward teamwork 
• Excellent time management and effective prioritization 
• Excellent business communication skills 
• Intermediate skills in Google Sheets, Docs, Presentations
• Able to effectively communicate and train people from different cultures
• Well Versed with Hindi and English. Written and Verbal
• Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed
