American Express is hiring for the role of Quality Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Responsible for all Quality & MIS related activities for the KYC team
• Enable effective, efficient working relationships with Operations, OE, Product team, and KYC COE
• Perform Quality monitoring for the KYC function
• Report on strategic & operational metrics, conduct data and business analysis and present a summary of findings to management in a clear, concise, convincing, and actionable format
• Create and maintain operational scorecards to track and report on KPIs
• Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS)
• Generate and distribute management reports & dashboards in an accurate and timely manner
• Leverage BI tools to create a dashboard and enable team and leadership with actionable performance insights
• Develop MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance
• Align with partners to provide quality solutions & alternatives that meet requirements & project deliverables
• Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency
• Perform data analysis for generating reports periodically
• Develop MIS system for stakeholder management and internal communication
• Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to the product team
• Understand key data needs and partner with capabilities/product teams to enable the same for reporting
• Analyze system information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness
• Maintain a thorough understanding of data and information resources

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in Internal Quality Monitoring & MIS activities
• Knowledge of Excel to pull information, data assimilation, and reporting/dashboarding
• Knowledge of Cornerstone queries·
• Knowledge of Commercial & KYC
• Analytical, reporting, and measurement experience required
• Proactive, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure
• Strong ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendation
• Self-starter with demonstrated ability to think critically
