Maruti Suzuki is hiring for the role of Quality Analysis Incharge: Assembly!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and define a Vehicle quality control plan.
• Develop and improve processes based on Standards as well as dynamic feedback from next Quality Gates, Customer audit, and Dealer PDI.
• Develop Periodic & robust training and evaluation plans for operators/repairmen and inspectors followed by frequent Qualification tests.
• Review process and direct the staff for immediate actions on the Defect generation controls to prevent outflow and work towards zero defect.
• Lead daily, Weekly, and Monthly meetings for defect data monitoring, analysis, and direction to other teams for focus areas improvement.
• Take up Time-bound New Initiatives to resolve chronic and critical issues in the assembly process or product level by leading teams, utilizing advanced Problem-solving tools for breakthrough results.
• Co-coordinate the management reviews with stakeholders for KPI improvement.
• Ensure the compliance of documentation and activities in line with QMS (ISO 9001:2015) requirements.

Requirements:

• Ability to perform and understand quality measurements (Panel Checker/Body Checker/CMM/3D Scanning)
• Ability to analyze quality measurement reports and suggest countermeasures.
• Detailed understanding of QC Tools and ability to report the issues in an effective manner
• Basic understanding of Vehicle Plant operations.
• Good Communication & presentation skills, Networking Skills, Creativity, Learnability, self-motivation, and team player.
• Ability to co-ordinate with Cross-functional teams and resolve quality-related issues
• Hands-on experience in problem-solving through using basic, intermediate, and advanced problem-solving tools (4M, Why-Why).
