JP Morgan Chase & Co. is hiring for the role of QA Software Engineer - Automation!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Robot Framework, selenium, and Python for web and API applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand application requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Troubleshoot and debug automation script, ensuring robust and stable test execution.
- Closely work with developers to identify and address bugs and inconsistencies in software.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for automation script, framework, and process.
Requirements:
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 2+ years of applied experience.
- Strong programming skills in Python and expertise in Robot Framework and Selenium web driver.
- In-depth understanding of web technologies, HTML, CCS, XPath, and JavaScript.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git) and CI/CD tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
