LSEG is hiring for the role of QA Lead Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Define & implement E2E Test Strategies for SaaS products & Data Services team projects.
• Manage & lead QA teams, ensuring high-quality standards in Agile environments.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to understand requirements, timelines & deliverables.
• Plan, organize & manage all phases of the software testing lifecycle.
• Mentor & guide the QA team, fostering a quality & continuous improvement culture.
• Manage defects, including monitoring, reporting & troubleshooting.
• Report on key QA metrics & use insights to drive quality improvements.
• Provide training & mentoring to QA team members.
• Monitor Test process, Test Governance & Defect management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or related field (desirable).
• ISEB/ISTQB Certified - Advanced or Expert Level in Test Management.
• 2+ Years of proven experience in defining test strategies for Data validation, completeness, lineage, etc, along with leading & managing QA teams in Azure cloud solutions.
• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in an Azure environment.
• Solid understanding of software development & test lifecycles.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, QA principles & software development lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, project management & leadership skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
