LILA Games is hiring for the role of QA Game Tester!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Test our new mobile shooter and PC game.
• Understand Project BLACK features and create test cases.
• Review design specs, provide player-focused feedback, and identify edge cases.
• Actively report bugs, provide weekly updates, and log detailed issues in Jira.
• Communicate with design, level design, and engineering teams about playability and feedback.
• Participate in build playtests, document bugs, gather feedback, and create bug summary reports.

Requirements:

• Mid-core or Hard-core gamer with extensive experience across 3-4 different game genres, ideally shooters like BGMI, PUBG, COD Mobile, or Garena Free Fire.
• Excellent writer with strong attention to detail, skilled at crafting clear and concise test cases and bug reports.
• Proactive team player with strong ownership, resilience, and discipline.
• Near-pro level or pro-level experience in competitive games as a player, coach, or analyst.
• Skilled at understanding player sentiment and identifying root causes of enjoyment or frustration.
• Familiarity with game engines, programming, scripting, or test automation.
• Experience logging defects in systems like Jira.
• Understanding of the software testing life cycle and its application.
