QA Engineer (Automation and Manual Testing) Job in Pune at Johnson Controls (JC)

Johnson Control is hiring for the role of QA Engineer (Automation and Manual Testing)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium with Java or C# to ensure the quality and reliability of web applications
• Conduct thorough manual testing, including functional, regression, and exploratory testing, to identify defects and verify software functionality
• Create comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements and design specifications
• Document and track defects, working closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution
• Conduct performance and load testing as required to assess application scalability
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure early testing integration and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product quality

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/MCA or a related field.
• 4 to 10 years of QA experience, with a strong focus on both manual and automation testing.
• Proficiency in test automation using Selenium with Java or C#.
• Strong knowledge of Azure and Azure DevOps for test management.
• Experience working with Agile teams.
• Experience with hybrid work arrangements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Certifications related to testing and quality assurance are a plus.
