QA Engineer Job in Ahmedabad at ARK Infosoft

Ark InfoSoft is hiring for the role of QA Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Design, create, and execute manual and automated test cases to ensure software quality.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using issue-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing of applications.
• Assist in developing and maintaining automated test scripts using Selenium, Postman, or similar tools.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution of issues and improve product quality.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines by integrating testing processes.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in software testing (manual and/or automation).
• Good understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.
• Experience with bug-tracking tools like JIRA, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
• Basic knowledge of test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Postman).
• Understanding of APIs and experience with API testing (Postman, Swagger).
• Familiarity with SQL for database validation and backend testing.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum teams and adapt to changing requirements.
