QA Engineer Job in Pune at Nice

NICE is hiring for the role of QA Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for database-driven applications.
• Perform SQL-based validation and data integrity checks across large datasets.
• Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, and documentation.
• Collaborate with developers, BAs, and other QA team members in an Agile environment.
• Assist in maintaining and enhancing existing Selenium-based automation scripts.
• Identify, document, and track defects; contribute to root cause analysis and resolution.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and financial regulations in QA processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in QA or Software Testing.
• Strong understanding of SQL and experience with database testing (MSSQL, PostgreSQL etc.).
• Practical knowledge of Selenium WebDriver and Java.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
