QA Engineer Job in Gandhinagar at Rucha Engineering 2.0

Rucha Engineering is hiring for the role of QA Engineer! 

Responsibilities of the candidate:

• Ensure 1st piece inspection with sample               
• Perform Inprocess audit ,Pokayoke audit ,process parameter audit                          
• Monitor IPO doc audit                  
• Monitor  Daily Right First Test and IHR monitoring                           
• Ensure documentation of Daily Rejection and Rework data.                        
• Responsible for Deviation note                 
• Verify  customer complaint action sustenance                   
• Implement action plan for IHR(IN HOUSE REJECTION)                    
• Monitor Inspector training & Inspector performance                      
• Monitor & maintain 1s/2s in final inspection area                            
• Ensure Cross audit for leakage with identification mark                 
• Ensure   100% visual inspection and identification mark                 
• Submit Fixture resting and locating audit NC  to FM                        
• Monitor Welding penetration/plan                         
• Perform Assembly CMM according to plan                          
• Ensure that Daily rejection is moved from line to scrap area.                      
• Perform  Process Validation Co2 & Spot Welding & press machines                          
• Perform  Spot Nugget Test  &carbon test according to plan

Requirements:

• Graduate in Engineering from a premier institute (Preferred in BE – Mech / Production / Automobile).
• Experience in relevant field / our sized group.
• Must Exposure in Sheet metal product with weld, press and paint shops.
