Synastute is hiring for the role of QA Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality of our software products.
• Identify and report defects and issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Work closely with the development team to identify and resolve issues and ensure that software meets the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance.
• Participate in design and code reviews to identify potential issues early in the development process. Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that software products meet customer needs and requirements.
• Analyze and report test results to management and stakeholders.
• Continuously improve the quality of our software products.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Good knowledge of commonly used bug tracking software like JIRA, Trello etc.
• Familiarity with SQL and databases.
