Jar is hiring for the role of QA Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the development process.
• Assist in the creation of test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specifications.

Requirements: 

• Relevant experience of 2 to 5 years
• Familiarity with software testing tools such as Jira, Charles, and Postman
• Experience in Rest Assured, Appium, or Selenium
• Skill set - Mobile Application, Android, IOS, API Testing, bug tracking tools
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in manual and automation testing and a strong understanding of the software testing life cycle (STLC)
• Experience with bug-tracking systems such as JIRA
• Experience in mobile application testing
• Good knowledge of testing the front end and back end
• Very good at debugging skills and problem-solving
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and communicate defects to cross-functional teams
• Experience with SQL queries
• Solid understanding of basic programming concepts and testing methodologies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in different testing techniques and methodologies for API, Web, and Mobile Apps(Android/ iOS)
