QA Chemist Job in Alwar at Sunil Healthcare Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analytical Testing:

• Perform routine and non-routine testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using validated analytical techniques.
• Ensure all testing is conducted in compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

2. Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all laboratory activities, including test results, deviations, and corrective actions.
• Prepare and review quality assurance documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), test methods, and validation protocols.

3. Regulatory Compliance:

• Stay informed on industry regulations and guidelines, including FDA and ICH standards, to ensure compliance across all QA activities.
• Assist in the preparation of regulatory submissions and audits as required.

4. Quality Control Processes:

• Participate in investigations of quality incidents, deviations, and out-of-specification (OOS) results, providing scientific input and recommendations for corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and laboratory efficiency.

5. Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and regulatory affairs, to ensure alignment on quality standards and practices.
• Provide training and support to laboratory personnel on QA procedures and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field. Advanced degrees are preferred.
• Experience: Fresher
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, FTIR, and UV-Vis spectroscopy. Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) is an advantage.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of GMP, GLP, and quality assurance principles as they pertain to pharmaceutical development and manufacturing.
• Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a diverse team environment.
