QA Automation Test Engineer Job in Kochi at Xerox Corporation

Xerox is hiring for the role of QA Automation Test Engineer!

Responsibilities of the candidate:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions using various tools and technologies
• Solid understanding of RESTful web services.
• Strong hands-on experience with API Testing using SOAP UI/Postman 
• Design and develop performance test scripts using Java-based tools such as JMeter, K6 tool.
• Build and maintain test automation suite

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge and experience in global web-based cloud application testing
• Experience in Test Automation preferably using Selenium, Cucumber or any other automation tool
• API testing with tools such as Advanced REST client, SOAP UI or Postman.
• Good experience with usage of GIT,Jenkins.
• Having knowledge on UFT and VB script is added advantage.
• Demonstrated experience in testing REST APIs using Postman or a similar tool. Strong experience with API testing (REST API)
• Proficiency in, at least one programming language (Java, C#)
• Handson experience on Performance tools like K6 tool,Jmeter.
• Strong Database knowledge, able to write complex SQL Queries.
• Experience in Scrum - agile methodologies, coding standards, code reviews, source management, build processes (AzureDevps-CI/CD Pipeline).
• Ability to design and code complex test cases and to code (or contribute code to) frameworks which simplify test development and automation
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• 4+ years Automation Testing experience (4 Yrs. - 8 Yrs.)
• 1-3 years of experience in API Testing.
• Good knowledge on Agile methodologies and experience working in scrum teams.
