BlackRock is hiring for the role of QA Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Performing risk calculations and processing millions of transactions daily for thousands of users worldwide.
• Ensuring the quality and reliability of Aladdin's sophisticated risk analytics, portfolio management, trading, and operations tools.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in Aladdin's capabilities.
• Supporting both internal BlackRock teams and external financial institutions in leveraging Aladdin to make informed investment decisions and manage portfolios effectively.
• Contributing to the ongoing enhancement and evolution of Aladdin's features and functionalities to meet the evolving needs of the investment industry.

Requirements:

• Become a Subject Matter Expert on applications & own Quality attestations for ssign-offon production releases.
• Responsible for functional, non-functional and regression testing activities of a project.
• Design and develop comprehensive test scenarios based on functional and non-functional requirements.
• Apply expertise in Java, Selenium, or other test frameworks to design, develop and maintain automated test suites.
• Identify, document, and track defects clearly and concisely
• Follow the Agile model to track and manage sprint tasks using ADO which includes sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives.
• Analyze production Incidents to identify action items for QA and Dev teams to drive Production stability.
• Provide feedback to improve the product quality and contribute to the enhancement of testing processes.
• Effectively communicate testing metrics, progress, schedules, and issues impacting delivery.
• Troubleshoot Application, Environment or Data Issues
