QA Analyst 1 - ProdDev Job in Bangalore at Oracle

Oracle is hiring for the role of QA Analyst 1-ProdDev!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop, apply, and maintain quality standards for company products, adhering to both internal and external requirements.
• Create and execute software test plans, analyze results, and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of test outcomes, ensuring compliance with quality control guidelines.
• Monitor and report product quality levels and investigate any issues to ensure resolution.
• Design systems to record and analyze trends in product quality performance.
• Collaborate with product developers and managers to improve quality processes and manage problem logs.
• Perform both manual testing of new features and automation testing through scripts.
• Provide shift-based support (5:30 AM–2:30 PM, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, 1:30 PM–10:30 PM) and assist on weekends if required.

Requirement:

• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Proficiency in Java.
• Proficiency in Quality Assurance.
