Tech Mahindra is hiring for the role of Python- Machine Learning!
Responsibilities of the Candidates:
- Ensure successful project initiation, planning, execution, control, and completion by guiding team members on technical aspects.
- Conduct reviews of technical documents and artifacts.
- Lead project development, production support, and maintenance activities.
- Complete and ensure timely submission of timesheets and invoicing.
- Serve as primary customer interface, proactively addressing issues.
- Create functional and technical specification documents.
- Track and allocate open tickets/incidents, ensuring timely resolution.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs/KPIs/OLAs.
- Foster continuous improvement within the delivery team.
- Ensure project compliance with Software Quality Processes and timelines.
- Review functional and technical specification documents.
- Serve as single point of contact for team to project stakeholders.
- Promote teamwork, motivate, mentor, and develop subordinates.
- Provide application production support as per the RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted and Informed) Matrix.
