WeQ Technologies is hiring for the role of Python Developer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Software Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Python applications.
• Apply OOP principles to build robust, maintainable code.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and implement requirements.
• Optimize applications for performance and scalability.
• AI/ML Integration: Build and integrate machine learning models using libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Develop intelligent features (e.g., OCR, recommendation systems, image processing).
• Work on data extraction, preprocessing, and model training/deployment.
• Web Development: Develop scalable web apps using Django or Flask.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs.
• Ensure responsive and high-performing front-end/back-end interaction.
• Database Management: Work with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
• Use ORMs like SQLAlchemy.
• Design and optimize database schemas for performance and data integrity.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Implement unit testing and conduct code reviews.
• Identify and fix bugs during the SDLC.
• Leadership & Mentoring: Mentor junior developers and provide code guidance.
• Assist in planning and executing technical tasks and sprints.
• Documentation: Maintain clean documentation for code, APIs, and workflows.
• Manage version control and technical records.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of professional Python development experience
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile practices
• Solid experience with Django/Flask and database systems
• Exposure to AI/ML projects and basic model development
