Oorwin is hiring for the role of Python Developer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Design, develop, and deploy web applications using Flask.
• Create and maintain RESTful APIs to support various front-end applications.
• Ensure high performance, quality, and responsiveness of web applications.
• Utilize Pandas and NumPy for data manipulation and analysis.
• Develop scripts and tools to automate data processing tasks.
• Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights.
• Use NLTK to develop and implement NLP models and algorithms.
• Perform text preprocessing, tokenization, stemming, and other NLP tasks.
• Develop solutions for text classification, sentiment analysis, and entity recognition.
• Utilize Snscrape to gather data from social media platforms and other websites.
• Develop and maintain scraping scripts to collect and clean data.
• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical guidelines for web scraping.
• Work closely with data scientists, product managers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Write unit tests and conduct thorough testing to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Implement continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) practices.
• Document code, processes, and methodologies for future reference.
• Prepare and present reports on project status, progress, and outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1+ years of professional experience in Python development.
• Proven experience with Flask for web application development.
• Strong knowledge of Pandas and NumPy for data manipulation and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with NLTK for natural language processing tasks.
• Experience with Snscrape or similar web scraping tools.
• Proficient in version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
