SmartQ is hiring for the role of Python Developer!

Responsiblities of the Candidate:

• Design and architect the entire project from backend perspective by understanding the current architectures and also by following the industry best practice in doing the same
• Integrate user-facing elements developed by a front-end developer with server-side logic
• Build backend for Mobile application
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability
• Implement security and data protection to ensure the user's data is always safe
• Design and implement of data storage solutions
• Design and implement Lambda functions for the project as per the requirement
• Integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system
• Manage hosting environment, including database administration and scaling an application to support load changes
• Set up the administration of backups for future needs
• Understand differences between multiple delivery platforms such as mobile vs desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform
• Create database schemas that represent and support business processes
• Implement automated testing platforms and unit tests

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in AWS/GCP/Azure
• Good understanding of popular AWS services and components
• Excellent Proficiency & hands-on experience in Python programming (2+ years)
• Knowledge on writing restful APIs as per the project
• Profound knowledge in Serverless design patterns (Lambda, API gateway, etc.)
• Familiarity with Django or Webapp2 or Flask or similar web app frameworks
• Good to have experience in working with NoSQL DB
• Experience in implementing Lambda functions
• Familiarity with Node JS (Good to have), which will be a plus to understanding the front-end
• AWS Certification (good to have), exposure to GCP or Azure
• Knowledge of Google App Engine (Good to have)
• Educational background includes a degree (B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years experience as a backend/cloud developer
