Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop accurate and detailed quantity estimates of entire plan.
• Estimates include flooring, countertops, wall tile, cabinets, bath glass, lighting, hardware, doors, trim, and plumbing fixtures in multiple cities at same time.
• Pricing request preparations and price data management.
• Driven to meet deadlines and achieve expectations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Expertise reading all residential drawings, such as architectural and electrical drawings.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit software.
• Demonstrated proficiency with MS Excel.
• Understand the project and its requirements.
• Highly organized to manage more than one task simultaneously.
• Team player - Jumps in to help anywhere needed to help the team reach business goals; understands their role in the big picture of the business process.
