Purchasing Project Manager Job in Gurgaon at AGCO

AGCO is hiring for the role of Purchasing Project Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Drive execution of Purchasing Cost Reduction Projects, in particular Resourcing, Design Change and Make or Buy
• Concrete tasks are: Idea tracking, project tracking, business case validation, initiating technical review with suppliers, ensuring ordering and approval of sample parts, phase-in-phase-out planning, financial validation
• Support generating new cost reduction ideas or drive idea validation process
• Work closely with stakeholders as Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Purchasing, facilitate regular meetings, and document progress Scope of work is EME Region for defined commodity or commodities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a Business or related disciplines (ie. Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Commodities Management)
• Proficient Communication Skills
• Fluent in English
• Project Management experience, ideally related to product cost reduction and/or Purchasing
